Size Magicians - Integrated LLC Transformer

Integrated LLC Transformer is the design to combine both features of transformer and integrated inductor into a single package. For power supply PCB board design,apparently saving space and simplifying layouts are the turnkey solution to meet the energy conservation. To achieve this goal, Elytone can reduce the component size with our design.

We offer 7 kW design with single phase and 22 kW with three phases usages. According to the survey from customer, we set the operating frequencies from 260 kHz to 300 kHz and combined with the 400 V to 800 V of input voltage. Remember that mentioned about the housing material, Elytone offer the series-aluminum alloy for the best performance and heat dissipation.
