December 5, 2025

On December 5, Elytone joined a select group of stakeholders and technology partners in Shenzhen for an exclusive industry dialogue centered on a critical theme: "How Dante reshapes the future of the AV industry."
The event served as a dedicated platform for face-to-face collaboration, bringing together market leaders to address the evolving challenges of AV networks. Beyond the dialogue, it was a showcase for the latest strides in the Dante ecosystem—including DDM (Domain Manager), Dante Connect, and advanced Media Encryption—setting the stage for the next generation of secure, scalable AVoIP solutions.
Bridging the Gap: Elytone’s Contribution

As the industry moves toward more integrated and secure network environments, Elytone demonstrated how our hardware is evolving to meet these "future of AV" demands.
We showcased the VID-1X1, a bridge device designed to solve the interoperability puzzle between high-resolution video and networked audio. By decoding Dolby/DTS formats directly to Dante, the VID-1X1 ensures that the "future of AV" includes cinema-grade audio without complex infrastructure.
VID-1X1 Highlights:
- Video: HDMI 2.1 (up to 8K) with OSD overlay
- Audio Engine: Multichannel Dolby/DTS decoding via SHARC DSP
- Network: Up to 16 channels PCM Audio via Dante
- Management: Built-in Web-GUI for easy configuration
Addressing the need for flexible "Device Link" connectivity in modern workspaces, we also presented the DAN-WP1. This PoE-powered interface supports the industry's push for seamless BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) integration, offering a secure Bluetooth 5.0 gateway for Dante networks.
DAN-WP1 Highlights:
- Wireless: Bluetooth 5.0 (apt-X, apt-X HD)
- Wired: 3.5mm AUX In
- Power: PD Compliant with IEEE802.3af (PoE)
- Chipset: Dante Ultimo + Qualcomm QCC3031
Industry Dialogue & Future Trends

The event wasn't just about hardware; it was about alignment. Throughout the day, the Elytone team engaged in deep discussions with fellow AV leaders about the trajectory of AVoIP.
Key topics included the importance of Media Encryption in corporate environments and how platforms like Dante Connect are enabling remote production workflows. These interactions reaffirmed that hardware manufacturers and platform developers must move in lockstep to deliver the secure, flexible experiences that end-users now demand.
A Shared Vision for AV-over-IP
The Shenzhen gathering highlighted a clear consensus: the future of AV is networked, managed, and collaborative. Elytone is proud to strengthen our cooperation with the Dante ecosystem, ensuring our solutions—from the NAP1 processor to our wall-plate interfaces—are ready for the reshaped industry landscape.
