PoE Amplifiers

A new line of two channel networked amplifiers, powered by Power over Ethernet, yet delivering output that exceeds expectations for PoE amplifiers. Our NAP2 module is at their core, providing end point AoIP networking for AES67 and AES70/OCA, and robust DSP. Output is dynamically increased with Elytone’s SoundBoost technology, allowing for momentary power on demand far beyond standard PoE limits.

Features

Single Cable Input

One ethernet cable provides input for multichannel audio, control data, and PoE. With AES67 and AES70 fully integrated, the amps are ready for AoIP and compatible with Dante networks.

SoundBoost

Elytone’s SoundBoost continuously caches energy to deliver extra power on demand far beyond the standards of PoE. This significantly increases the headroom for dynamic program material and increases peak output.

One Design, Three Power Levels

The amplifiers share a common design, but each support specific PoE standards: PoE+ (15W), PoE++ (30W), and PoE++ (90W). This provides flexibility to specify the model that best matches the available PoE delivered to the amplifier.

Programming and UI

The amps include programmable DSP capabilities (EQ, compressor, limiter) and UI elements (Tri-color LED, UI button, reset button). A web interface allows for setup, status, and control.
